All clients agree to our 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling appointments or classes. For late cancellations and no shows, you will be charged in full. If you use private medical insurance, the charge will fall to yourself. Classes are always subject to availability.
Axon Physio Ltd reserve the right to refuse to provide a service or product without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use any service will immediately cease.
Information displayed on the Axon Physio Ltd website, within our practice or on social media as to pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use services provided by Axon Physio Ltd, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
