Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the website operated by Axon Physio Ltd. Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using any service provided by Axon Physio Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees will not be paid by your medical insurance.

Axon Physio Ltd reserve the right to refuse to provide a service or product without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use any service will immediately cease.

Errors & Inaccuracies

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. The services available may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience delays in updating information and accept no obligation to monitor the use of the site. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legal offer capable of attracting legal consequences.

Copyright / Intellectual Property Rights Policy

You may not use, remove, or copy any material from our website/social media/marketing for any commercial purpose without prior written consent of Axon Physio Ltd. If you wish to make a request that material be removed from our website/social media/marketing material, please send a request in writing to info@axonphysio.com. The information provided by Axon Physio Ltd via its website / social media platforms or marketing do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

Your use of the services provided by Axon Physio Ltd, are at your sole risk and are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us, and we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.

In no event shall Axon Physio Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, income, savings, reputation or goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from, connected with, or relating to your use, or inability to use the services provided by Axon Physio Ltd, conduct or content of any third party, any content obtained from Axon Physio Ltd, including negligence, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You, your legal representatives, and your heirs release, waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Axon Physio Ltd and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

Chaperone Policy

A Chaperone is an impartial observer who may assist or witness patients and providers during examinations. Chaperones protect both patients and providers by creating a safer and respectful environment. Either patient or clinician can request a chaperone.

If you require a chaperone, please inform our reception booking team so that we can be sure to arrange a formal trained chaperone at no extra cost. If you request a chaperone and one is not available, Axon Physio will ensure you are offered an additional appointment at no extra charge within a reasonable time frame to include a chaperone.  You may also attend your consultation with a friend, partner or relative for company or support.

Notification of Changes

Information displayed on the Axon Physio Ltd. website, within our practice or on social media as to pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use services provided by Axon Physio Ltd, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. You statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
