Rebecca graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia over 20 years ago and has over 10 years experience working as a senior Musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a London teaching hospital.
Rebecca treats all musculoskeletal conditions, has completed #Pilates training with the @appihealthgroup and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists @aacpltd
She has a specialist interest in treating people with #hypermobility and also in treating lower limb conditions, having undertaken training at masters level in this field.
Rebecca spent 3 years working as a physio in Uganda. She subsequently founded a children’s trust which helps to support children with disabilities in Uganda, Congo and Malawi and was awarded an MBE for her charity work last year!
Outside of work Rebecca has a young family who keep her very busy and volunteers with her church’s children’s groups.

At Axon we are very lucky to have such a depth of experience and mix of skills amongst our physios.
Helen is our wonderful Pilates instructor who delivers our physiotherapist led Pilates classes and one-to-one Pilates sessions.
Helen is passionate about Pilates and uses her specialist physiotherapy anatomy knowledge and detailed assessment and observation skills to adapt her teaching to suit all levels and abilities.
Helen graduated in physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998 and worked in the NHS on the surgical wards and high dependency unit. She also spent 8 years as Southend Hospital’s lead therapist in Amputee Rehabilitation.
In 2011 Helen had triplet daughters. After several very busy years at home, she returned to physiotherapy and undertook Pilates training with the @appihealthgroup

Outside of work Katrin enjoys spending time with her family and has spent many hours supporting her boy’s at the football side-line. Katrin is also a keen road cyclist.
